When the first teaser trailer of James Gunn’s ‘Superman‘ was released back in Dec 2024, it got a mixed reaction from the audience, some were praising it and some were skeptical about it since then DC fans wanted to see more of that and patiently waiting for the full trailer and finally the day has come.
The official trailer for James Gunn’s ‘Superman’ has finally been released. It surprised so many people and exceeded their expectations from the film, and now the fans just can’t wait for it to be released. It was full of great moments with fun Easter eggs, so here are the 5 Easter eggs you might have missed in the latest Superman trailer.
1. Lord Tech

The trailer opens up with a shot of Metropolis and the scene instantly shifts to Lois interviewing Clark, the device she uses to record the interview has a label of Lord Tech which is the company of Billiniore Maxwell Lord who is set to appear in this film and as well as in Peacemaker Season 2, which teaser has recently got released and gave us the first look at him. He’s rumored to be the one who assembled the team of Mr Terrific, Guy Gardner and Hawkgirl which are named as The Justice Gang.
2. Cronkite

When Clark lets Lois interview him, he calls Lois Cronkite, which is a reference to the great journalist Walter Cronkite.
3. Famous DC Comics writer

In later shots we got references to 3 Popular DC Comics writers, First, we see Waid Street which is the reference for Mark Waid who is famous for writing Kingdom Come, in later shots we see a billboard of Ross Street which is the reference for Alex Ross who co-wrote Kingdom Come and also design its covers, and lastly we see a billboard named Moore which is the reference for famous DC comics writer Alan Moore who wrote famous Comics like Watchmen, Batman: The Killing Joker etc
4. Kryptonite

In the trailer we see Superman beaten up by Lex’s soldier in a Metahuman prison where we also see Metamorpho sitting there who’s supposedly constructed Kryptnite in his hand and possibly weakened Superman.
5. William Reeve

Every trailer has that money shot for this it’s Superman punching Kaiju by the end of the trailer, but you might have missed William Reeve in the background of that shot, he is the son of the late Christopher Reeve who is famously known for his iconic role as Superman in 1970s.
